Q: Where do you get your leather?
A: Since our factory is in High Point, North Carolina and worked in my family contract furniture business, I have available an abundance of hides and left over cut on hides from all over North Carolina to repurpose our products into works of art.
Q: Are Natural Markings a good or bad thing?
A: Leather is a natural product, we strive to keep the enhancing markings of the natural leather that will make your product look real. We will not put any open heal markings or tanning flaws in any of our products. We try to put in as many brands as possible.
Q: Do you have a store open to the public?
A: No, we do not have store front, but you are welcome to visit our warehouse in High Point, NC anytime.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: We gladly offer a 14-day unconditional 100% money back guarantee. on all orders, if you are not completely happy with your order, we will refund you the purchase price. (Case must be in original condition please.) Buyer is responsible for all returns shipping!!!!
Q: Where do your exotic hides originate?
A: All our exotic hides are made from Embossed Cowhides. Although, we do work in real Alligator and several other exotic hides.
Q: What are your shipping options?
A: We ship small packages under 13oz. by USPS Priority Mail and larger boxes by USPS Ground.
Q: Do you sell Wholesale?
A: Yes, we can discuss purchasing at a higher volume than one at a time. We would require your tax ID certificate and your company information.
Q: How soon does my order ship after I place it?
A: Most of our products are one of a kind and are made and in stock and will be shipped in 1-3 days.
Q: Do you make custom size case?
A: Yes we can alter our case sizes to fit almost any size gun you have in your collection.
